The contracts database management allows maintaining of all type of maintenance contracts e.g. calibration contract, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance etc. Renewal notice will be send to customers before expiry date. Maintenance Contracts can be link to equipments sold for warranty claims.
	Equipments/Machines Tracking The equipments/machines database maintains the list of all equipments/machines sold by the company with all the attributes/parameters e.g. model, make, software used, version etc. to ease the support effort and also assist in generating higher after market revenue by up selling to the existing customers with the information in the system.
	Engineer Management Engineer can be assigned to attend the warranty job or schedule for routine maintenance job based on the frequency of the maintenance agreement signed with the customer.
